Chess Set
About This Project:
This minimal chess set was made entirely with a router and mitre saw. Using a variety of jigs and fences, I scribed channels into pieces to resemble the typical fluting of classic chess pieces. Each piece has only the detail it needs to be distinguishable from the other pieces. The entire set is made of Fig Walnut and Curly Maple.
